Warranty Information: All products sold by us carry a manufacturer’s warranty. We do not express or imply any warranty. All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. If you feel you have a warranty issue please refer to the information packaged with the product and contact Poolvergnuegen directly at Tel (707) 566 0400. They are very knowledgeable and super friendly. Most issues are system (pump filter) related and they can be resolved in a matter of minutes by the knowledgeable staff at Poolvergnuegen.

Free Shipping Policy: PoolCleaners are shipped FREE in the continental USA (Note Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico shipping will have to be added as the shipping charges to those states/territories are exorbitant). At this moment we do not ship worldwide, however you are free to email us and ask. The free shipping of the cleaners is via DHL, UPS or FedEx Ground. The shipping fee orders under $100 are $9.99 (flat fee irregardless of how many parts are in the order). Orders $100 or more are automatic free shipping.

Wrong Item was Shipped: If we ship the wrong item by accident please contact us at help@thepoolcleanershop.com or via the live chat  button and we will promptly exchange it for the right product if it is returned undamaged within 15 days from the date of your receipt of the product. We will of course pay for return shipping.


Returns: Non defective product require an RMA (return merchandize authorization) which is gotten from us, without an RMA any return shipments will be refused. This RMA must be clearly written onto the outside of the box. There is a 20% ($25 minimum) restocking fee, original shipping, return shipping for products that are returned and are not defective. The product must be in original packaging with all the applicable parts, in sellable condition and the return freight will be paid by the buyer.


Since we can not know if your entire system is up to snuff so we can not be responsible for products that may not be compatible or work with your system. The majority of issues where the product may not work or work as desired it is not due to the product being defective but the system having a problem. We always recommend that you either contact us or the manufacturer with any questions to determine if the product is appropriate for your system.


Once a cleaner has been in your pool we can no longer sell it as a new cleaner much the same way as once you take a bite out of a pie it can no longer be resold.


Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days after you have received the product(s).


Any damage in shipping must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
